Biography

Matt is a chartered surveyor with over five years’ experience. He joined LocatED in 2022 working as part of the Disposals Team, as well as advising on acquisitions. Most recently, Matt worked with Avison Young providing valuation, investment, and viability consultancy services within the North West.
