LocatED awarded Platinum status in The 5% Club

LocatED is delighted to announce that we have achieved Platinum accredited membership of The 5% Club, for the third year running.

Being a member of the The 5% Club means an employer is committed to making 5% of the workforce ‘earn and learn’ positions. This prestigious recognition celebrates our ongoing dedication to supporting talent growth through our apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and sponsored student placements.

Achieving Platinum status reflects our continued efforts to developing the capacity of our employees and encouraging individuals to achieve their goals. Not only does this strengthen our business but also enrichens the communities and industries which we serve.

Recognised by The 5% Club for having 11.5% of our workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions, LocatED is a UK leader in workforce development. Of this 11.5%, Tom Muldowney; a graduate surveyor at LocatED, took home the ‘Apprenticeship Contribution Award’ earlier this month at the 2025 Government Property Awards.

As a proud member of The 5% Club, we represent a movement of more than 1,200 forward-thinking employers who are establishing a more inclusive and impactful workforce, by prioritising employee learning and development.

Apprenticeships at LocatED

LocatED has partnered with the University College of Estates Management (UCEM) to develop an Apprenticeship Surveyor Programme. This combines hands-on experience, structured learning, and development opportunities to support apprentices in completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Commercial Real Estate pathway. External apprenticeships across IT, finance and HR are also being facilitated.

Our Graduate Surveyor Programme

The LocatED Graduate Surveyor Programme provides a mix of hands-on experience, structured learning, and development opportunities to support you in successfully completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Graduates who pass the APC gain membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) through the Commercial Real Estate pathway.
