LocatED earns Platinum status with 5% Club

LocatED has been awarded Platinum membership by The 5% Club in recognition of its commitment to making 5% of the workforce ‘earn and learn’ positions

LocatED is passionate about taking positive action to diversify workplace opportunities and make the property sector more accessible. This commitment creates apprenticeships and graduate roles, and as a result, for the last three years, LocatED have been a member of The 5% Club.

Being a member of the The 5% Club means an employer is committed to making 5% of the workforce ‘earn and learn’ positions. LocatED is delighted to have been awarded a Platinum-accredited membership in the Club’s Employer Audit, beating the already impressive Gold status awarded last year.

Through rigorous research into an employers’ activities, how they’re currently committing to inclusivity and what their plans are for the future, as well as deep diving into their approaches to quality, social mobility and diversity, the employer audit offers a benchmark on members’ efforts. The highest achievement is Platinum, recognising the UK’s leading employers of apprentices, graduates and degree placement students.

Upholding this accreditation is testament to the ongoing investment LocatED is making in its people, allowing emerging professionals to gain skills-based training that goes on to enrich the development of the whole team. It’s a benchmark everyone is excited to maintain for many years to come. LocatED looks forward to welcoming a new wave of talented people from all backgrounds as part of its workplace initiatives.
