Next month, LocatED will be taking on work experience students, giving them an opportunity to understand the workings of the organisation and the property industry. Applications for this work experience are now open and will close on 17 May.

This opportunity is open to sixth form students and will run from 3 June to 7 June.

Those taking part in the work experience can expect  to take away a range of transferable skills that form a vital foundation for any career path, including:

• An introduction into the working world, workplace behaviours and expectations
• How to work collaboratively
• How to communicate effectively, including impactful presentations and reporting
• The opportunity to learn processes and procedures
• Understanding the wider property market and the work of our Acquisitions, Technical and Planning, Asset Management, and Development Teams.

All work experience is unpaid, although we will reimburse any business-related expenses, including the cost of travelling to and from the office, and provide lunch.
