Real Estate Balance was formed in 2015 to address gender imbalance at the senior levels of the real estate business, with a target of 50% female board members and have since expanded their scope to include broader diversity and inclusion objectives.
At LocatED, we strive to never take for granted that diversity is key to a successful workplace. We are thrilled to have a partner in Real Estate Balance as we work toward achieving our own goals and encouraging others in the real estate space to do the same.
