We are delighted to have been awarded Gold accredited membership via The 5% Club’s 2022-23 Employer Audit Scheme.
Our commitment to inclusive workplace training is an integral part of our efforts to make the property sector more accessible to talented people from all backgrounds, and as a result more inclusive and diverse.
We are proud of our investment in our team, which is why we joined The 5% Club last year. The 5% Club is a dynamic movement of employers who are inspired to take positive action for increased and accessible workplace training for all. The Employer Audit is a unique scheme which validates the employers’ activities, explores their future plans and commitments, as well as examining their approaches to quality, social mobility, diversity, and inclusion.
Apprenticeships at LocatED
We have partnered with the University College of Estates Management (UCEM) to develop an Apprenticeship Surveyor Programme. This combines hands-on experience, structured learning, and development opportunities to support apprentices in completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Commercial Real Estate pathway. We also facilitate external apprenticeships across IT, finance and HR.
Our Graduate Surveyor Programme
Our Graduate Surveyor Programme provides a mix of hands-on experience, structured learning, and development opportunities to support you to successfully complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Graduates who pass the APC gain membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) through the Commercial Real Estate pathway.
